The bartender works under the direction of management for all essential duties needed in the responsible serving of alcoholic, food, and non-alcoholic beverages in the center.  Must be able to prepare drinks quickly, accurately, and without waste. 3 ways to apply----

Role and Responsibilities

• Serve customers in a friendly and helpful manner, and monitor Guest drinking patterns

• Maintain a working/up-to-date knowledge of the local jurisdictions rules and guidelines for responsible serving of alcoholic beverages

• Mix ingredients according to drink recipes provided

• Wash glassware and utensils after each use

• Pour wine and beer to company specifications

• Suggest and serve food to customers seated at the bar

• Up-selling food to minimize potential intoxication

• Working knowledge of all menus

• Clean up tables in bar and clean work area

• Clean bar and including drains and all wells as directed

• Restock your assigned work location before and after every shift

• Other duties as assigned

• Qualifications

• High School Diploma and minimum two years experience in fast paced lounge environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
