Description
Bowling Management (Bowland and HeadPinz centers) needs call center staff to handle all in-bound calls for our 5 local bowling/entertainment centers. In most cases, these staffers are the first point of contact between customers and our company. Candidates should possess-
· Clear speaking voice and friendly "tone" on the phone
· Strong customer service skills
· Laser focus attention-to-detail
· Computer literate--all your information is on a computer screen
· Previous customer service experience preferred
· Bilingual is a plus but not required
**Must be dependable and flexible....holidays, weekends and evenings are required. Our call center is open 7 days/nights week(hours vary by day).**
