Role and Responsibilities
- Complete orders as training and instructed to do so, placing food on plates per presentation
- Will breakdown and clean all culinary equipment on each shift
- Excellent communication skills
- Inspect food preparation and serving areas to ensure observance of safe, sanitary food-handling practices
- Must be able to read and follow BEO's (Banquet Event Orders)
- Prep food as needed for all parties and events as directed
- Will insure line checklists are completed and filled out accurately and legibly as instructed by manager
- Prepare all food as per recipes and specs provided by F&B director
- Clean food preparation equipment, work areas, and counters or tables.
- Practices essential FIFO objectives date stamp all deliveries
- Previously demonstrated cooking skills
- Other duties as assigned
