HEADPINZ-NAPLES is we're looking to fill our team with fun-oriented staffers. HeadPinz is not your grandfather's bowling alley. We'll have bowling, giant game zone, laser tag arena, redemption store and Nemo's Sports Bar.

Working at HEADPINZ is different from your typical job. You're creating genuine memories by connecting with our customers through multiple experiences---bowling, games, food, drinks and a whole lot of laughs! We are looking for true Ambassadors of Fun.
Responsibilities
 

  • Greet all guests and provide a WOW experience

  • Attraction attendants must be one part customer service person, one part sales person, with a little bit of entertainment thrown in.

  • Handle all requests for redemption merchandise

  • Reports all unsafe acts to supervisor

  • Keep area clean and maintained

  • Knowledge of Laser Tag procedures

  • Ensure arena is safe and free of hazards

  • Monitor play to ensure time and safety are met properly

  • Monitor play for safety; assist anyone struggling with completion

  • Handles all customer service issues effectively and to the satisfaction of all guests  

  • Other duties as assigned



Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Previous experience in a customer service atmosphere

  • Outgoing and Friendly

  • Professional appearance
