Role and Responsibilities

Assure party runs smoothly in time allotted and interact positively and enthusiastically with guests and assume control of the party.

Greet guests at front desk and assist in areas where needed before party begins.

Serve food, cake, and drinks if needed.

Lead activities during parties as needed.

Maintains, cleans and restock rooms that parties are being held in.

Works within a cohesive team of staff in an open, public space. Constantly promotes a positive team environment and works to establish and maintain open communication among the team.

Assists with any other requests made during party

Follow all procedures regarding safety, cleanliness special issues and emergencies that may occur while hosting parties
Maintains open communications with management and all departments of scheduled events, especially regarding status of party inventory and supplies.
Maintains uniform standards.

Previous experience in a customer service atmosphere
