Description
The Inside Sales/Event Planner works under the direction of the Sales Manager. This position is essential in providing guest service, sales growth and PR for the center. Prior sales experience is preferred but we're willing to train a candidate that demonstrates great enthusiasm, a willingness to learn and a desire to make a difference for the team. **This position is for selling parties/events at both Naples locations. Training will take place at HeadPinz Ft Myers.**

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Coordinates and books group activities and reservations of guests wishing to bowl, dine and visit lounge.This is a sales position.
• Be sales oriented and customer focused. 
• Create and maintain a long-term relationship with the customers in order to achieve sales goals.
• Attention to detail for both the customers and the company.
• Ability to learn our software systems---Party Center and Conqueror.
• Timely communicate to all managers(bowling and F&B) about reservations.
• Greet customers in sales office and determined their needs/wants.
• Provide advice to clients regarding particular products or services.
• Answers phones and provides clear detail information to guests calling the center.
• Work other areas in the center as needed.
• Other duties as assigned
• Finally, this is not a Mon-Fri 9am-5pm positionSome nights and weekends are expected. Be here when our guests are here.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School Diploma or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience in the service industry required. 
• Minimum of two (2) years experience in sales, event planning or other related fields. Computer knowledge is critical in this position.
