Position Summary:
Manage bar operations at Nemo's Sports Bistro @ HeadPinz Cape Coral. We're looking for someone to create a vibrant atmosphere through superior service and attention to detail, bringing energy, creativity and innovative thinking to the running and development of the bar business. The Nemo's manager is charged with ensuring that the bar is perfectly cleaned on a daily basis, scheduling strong employees, planning, supervising, training and allocating the day-to-day operational activities of the bar. Also based on business demands, this manager will actively work one of the bars.

Role and Responsibilities:
·         Supervises bar staff---including bar backs, bartenders and servers.
·         Work closely with other managers on the team---especially the chef/kitchen manager.
·         Forecast the business to be able to adjust the number of staff for each shift.
·         Complete other general duties as the business may require from time to time.
·         Assists with interviewing, hiring and training of employees in bar area.
·         Accountability for measurable, timely results.
·         Build strong customer relations by proactively soliciting feedback and resolving all customer issues and complaints.
·         Ensure proper inventory procedures and levels are maintained to provide the highest quality of product offering and to control costs.
·         Responsible for ensuring that the inventory of the bar is well managed.
·         Knowledge and compliance with all procedures and cash management policies.
·         Ensure responsible alcohol training is provided to all employees serving alcohol and that the center complies with all local alcohol laws and regulations.
·         Decisive decision making in the best interest of the business.
·         Adheres to budgeting guidelines for ordering supplies.
·         Ensure the premises is a safe environment for all guests and staff.
·         Works bar shifts as needed.
·         Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
 
         Qualifications:
·         Four years related experience in a high volume restaurant or bar
·         Prefer candidates with supervisory experience in oversight for staff
·         Professional appearance and attitude.
·         Alcohol and food safety certification training from state/local organizations.
·         Must be 21 years of age.
