Works under the direct supervision of the Call Center Supervisor.  Responsible for ensuring all calls into the Call Center are answered quickly, and information is given in a knowledgeable manner.  Will help train each new Call Center employee to use proprietary software, as well as, communicate all problems with the Call Center Supervisor.  Call Center Employees will be the FIRST and LAST point of contact.

Qualifications & Requirements

 

•             Must be 16 years of age

•             High school diploma or it’s equivalent and 1 year of Call Center or Switchboard related employment is preferred

•             Positive, outgoing personality

Roles and Responsibilities

 

This specific job description covers the basic function, qualifications, requirements, working conditions, and skills necessary, but not limited to the successful fulfillment of this position in accordance to the standards of the company.

 

 

•             Answer phones with a smile, being polite and kind to all incoming callers

•             Help potential Guests with any questions they may have, being the first and last point of contact, and direct to the right person if the answer is not known (Last Resort)

•             Utilization of Data Base to answer questions

•             Communicate with Managers and Supervisors to ensure they are aware of any program malfunctions that would cause calls to go directly to the Centers

•             Communicates with Sales Staff in regards to inbound calls regarding Group Functions

•             Communicates to Senior Management in regards to inbound calls regarding any complaints

•             Knowledge of POS systems

•             Knowledge of Square Sales and Ordering system

•             Knowledge of Reservations portion of Conqueror

•             Knowledge of 3CX system and proper use (Cold Transfers, Warm Transfers)

•             Knowledge of Quiq and proper use

•             Knowledge of all locations:  The Attractions offered, Leagues, special events, Birthday Party specs, food specials etc

•             Keeps up to date information on Management staff to provide correct information to Call Center employees and guests.

•             Other duties as assigned

Other Roles that may be asked of you include, but are not limited to:

 

•             Clean windows and floors

•             Keeping all bathrooms clean

•             Helping to set up small and large parties, Group Events and Buyouts

•             Take out trash

•             Mop Floor

•             Providing Teamwork when needed in any area of Center

•             Represent Headpinz/Bowland positively at all times, including verbiage and dress standards

•             Follow Safety Standards put forth by the Company

•             Attend specialized training classes when appropriate, continued training courses when needed
