Summary
Description
The Busser works under the Lounge Manager, but will take direction from all Managers and Supervisors on duty. A busser serves patrons by setting tables; placing and replacing silverware; adhering to sanitation and safety policies; clearing and cleaning tables, chairs, and floors.

Roles and Responsibilities
|
|

- Prepares dining room and lanes for patrons by cleaning tables; setting condiments, napkins, and utensils.
- Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation and safety policies.
- Maintains menu presentation by keeping menus clean; replacing damaged or soiled menus.
- Maintains table setting by removing plates as completed; replenishing utensils; being alert to patron spills or other special needs.
- Supports wait staff by setting-up and replenishing bus stations, silverware and trash containers liners.
- Keeps dining room clean at all times, including tables and floors
- Other duties as assigned
Other Roles that may be asked of you include, but are not limited to:
- Clean windows and floors
- Keeping all bathrooms clean
- Helping to set up small and large parties, Group Events and Buyouts
- Take out trash
- Mop Floor
- Providing Teamwork when needed in any area of Center
- Represent Headpinz/Bowland positively at all times, including verbiage and dress standards
- Follow Safety Standards put forth by the Company
- Attend specialized training classes when appropriate, continued training courses when needed
