Role and Responsibilities
  • Complete orders as training and instructed to do so, placing food on plates per presentation
  • Will breakdown and clean all culinary equipment on each shift
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Inspect food preparation and serving areas to ensure observance of safe, sanitary food-handling practices
  • Must be able to read and follow BEO's (Banquet Event Orders)
  • Prep food as needed for all parties and events as directed
  • Will insure line checklists are completed and filled out accurately and legibly as instructed by manager
  • Prepare all food as per recipes and specs provided by F&B director
  • Clean food preparation equipment, work areas, and counters or tables.
  • Practices essential FIFO objectives date stamp all deliveries
  • Previously demonstrated cooking skills
  • Other duties as assigned
