Description
The Inside Sales/Party Planner works under the direction of the Sales Manager.  This associate is essential in providing guest service, sales growth, and PR for the center.
 

Role and Responsibilities

  • Coordinates and books group activities and reservations of guests wishing to bowl, dine, and visit lounge

  • Be sales oriented and customer focused.  

  • Create and maintain a long-term relationship with the customers in order to achieve sales goals and represent the store in a positive manner

  • Timely communicate to all managers any changes in reservations

  • Greet customers and determined their needs and wants

  • Provide advice to clients regarding particular products or services

  • Answers phones and provides clear detail information to guests calling the center

  • Attention to detail is a must. We use multiple computer programs and you need to make sure all details match up in the various programs.

  • Communicates to management and other department leads, on a daily & weekly basis.

  • Work other areas in the center as needed

  • Thanks all guests for visiting center

  • Other duties as assigned

  • Qualifications
  • College degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience in the service industry required.  

  • Minimum of two (2) years experience in sales, event planning or other related fields.
