The Servtender is responsible for providing a WOW experience to every guest by providing first in class service and handling every guests need when working both serving and bartending shifts. Ensure that patrons have an enjoyable dining experience by providing quality customer service. Take food orders, serving food and drinks, and removing dinnerware from the table in a timely manner.  

This position includes both serving shifts, as well as, bartending shifts (training provided if necessary).  All servers and bartenders make great money in a fun and active environment!

            Role and Responsibilities

• Provide each guest with a WOW experience

• Greet each guest that is seated in your area

• Give each a guest a menu

• Follow Steps of service

• Meet with kitchen staff or managers daily prior to service to discuss that day's offerings.

• Take Guest food and alcohol orders

• Up-sell guest food and beverage orders

• Deliver and properly present all food and beverages

• Bussing tables and arranging furniture as needed

• Must be able to monitor Guest drinking patterns

• Exceptional communication skills

• Thorough knowledgeable about property events and attractions

• Provides courteous, professional and personalized service at all times

• Keep assigned areas clean and empty of used glasses and plates

• Constantly looking for service opportunities

• Respond to and resolve Guest complaints

• Thank everyone for visiting

• Meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies

• Other duties as assigned
  
  Qualifications

• High School Diploma and Minimum two years experience in fast paced lounge environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Previous experience is desired

• Must be 18 years of age
